I have heard complaints on the bathrooms.Suggest you do an inspection and clean up and impove if necessary.OK???

In one year, I used the services of 5 different " cleaning ladies". Finding good employee is very hard!
Here are a few "horror stories":
Bottom line, I have been searching for the last 3 weeks for a " cleaning lady ". Hope to find one ASAP! Meanwhile, I found one that is willing to come 2 time a week. Better than nothing!
Sorry for the inconvenience! I want that situation resolve more than you, believe me!
It is just hard to find people that want to work in this country!

A question, why all the computer are so slow!! a switch to 3 PC´s and all are the same
500 colons is now really cheap for 1hour that i did use.
WHY I CANT USE IE?? i dont like Opera!, on 5 years travelling and using Cyber´s your cyber is the 1° that have to use a software that I DONT LIKE.
if u really have DSL/4MB… why is so slow?
men is not my intention to get u mad, i´m just asking!

Did you really lost all your 60 minutes, most of it or some of it?? The reason I am asking this is that I can give you a full credit for the time you think you lost.
If you say 60 minutes, than the credit will be 60 minutres. If you think you lost 50%, than I will be glad to give you a 30 minutes credit. You decide! Customer is always right!

Question: Did you specifically tell the person in charge that:
1. you did not like Opera
2. you wanted only to use Explorer??
The reason of this question is this: in the front of the cyber we have the most recent computers and more powerful ones (from 01 to 12). Work perfectly with Explorer. On the contrary, on the back, there are the oldest computers, and yes! They work better and much faster with Opera. I suspect that you were in the back on the cyber!
So tell me again, did you ask to the person in charge to give you a machine with Explorer? Or you just complain that it was slow. Just curious!

Yes! I really have a DSL and 4000. Many answers are possible. It is hard for me to tell you why at that moment it was slow! Were you using Yahoo?? It is really slow with the oldest machines but really fast with Opera! Again, the machines in the front do not have any problems with Explorer.

I just signed up a lease for 3 more years!So, it gives me 3 years to see what will happen plus the “Tico Time” you could add to all that!
I mean, at the speed things move out here, paperwork, red tape, permits, maybe I will have time to retire before!

Great place, great staff (you really do a good job in that regard) great Internet speeds for this part of the world!
You might be able to affect the profit line if you picked up another DVD player or 2 for the Linux stations. I noticed that when the DVD Linnux station is both vacant and running (it has been down a lot) that my visits to the cafe inch up significantly beyond what can be credited to DVD watching itself, although the time per visit remains roughly the same. Something to do with impulse activation from attaching enjoyment on demand to the location perhaps…
Also, the placement of the lamp directly over the glass viewing table places a glare on both the glass and the screen itself, making viewing at night unpleasant.
They aren’t urgent or important matters - the place is prim and functional - just thought that spotting a detail here or there is what makes a car sparkle.
